Auto Employer Job Offer Agreement - Auto Employers are provided with candidates’ CV and short video clips to view and choose.
The following are the tasks that are part of the Employer Nomination pathway:
Initial Consultations - Followed by detailed, easy-to-follow, step-by-step emails that provide descriptive information on each step of the migration process. No legal jargon and easy-to-understand steps.
Standard Business Sponsorship (SBS) (when needed, due to the validity of the SBS, which is 5 years) + Submission
• Employer Nomination + Submission letters:
• Genuine Position – (up to 20 pages of writing in length)
• LMT + AMSR: (up to 8 pages in length)
• Additional Letters: Sponsorship Obligations, Letters of Offer, etc.
• Visa applications + Cover Submission letter
• LMT Tables
• Document checklists, Agreement of Services and Fees, all liaisons with the DHA until grant
