Note: For offshore candidates, a temporary visa can be applied from one of these subclasses (Subclasses 400/ 600 (Business Visitor)/601/651/462/417) to come and work for the Australian Employer at a quicker time (within a month), However, some of these visas do not allow the Australian Employer to pay the applicant any wage. This means you as the company sponsor, pays this foreign worker once they have their 482 visa granted.The applicant in this time may have his own pay arrangements or an offshore business can cover his payment arrangements.
