Who we are

The Trades Dome Australia aims to address the ongoing Automotive professional job shortages by successfully equipping Auto companies with skilled professionals.

The Trades Dome Australia’s mission is to bring qualified skilled Auto Professional workers to Australian Auto Employers. We are not only filling your job requests with qualified Auto Professionals, we assess the worker’s loyalty and their professional work experience. We want to make sure that the skilled worker is dedicated to remain working with the Auto Employer.

Australian migration law is complex and constantly changing. Due to the ongoing changes that occur in the Australia Migration System, Employers and foreign workers MUST have constant, direct, precise recruitment and immigration services and professional delivery.

The Trades Dome Australia places quality customer service first. Faced with the constant changes in the Australian Migration System, Trades Dome Australia continues to abide by its own moral value of delivering quality skilled workers to Australian Employers.

With over 24 years of experience with Employer Nominations and visas and migration matters, working with the Department of Home Affairs, including 11 years as a Senior Registered Migration Agent (MARN 1280935), The Trades Dome Australia wishes to extend its recruitment and migration services to fulfil your Auto company’s recruitment needs.

Our approach to migration matters are direct and precise in delivering and providing professional recruitment and migration services to Employers and skilled workers.

Berta Mikhael

Berta Mikhael has more than 24 years of experience with Employer Nominations and visas and migration matters, working with the Department of Home Affairs, including 11 years as a Senior Registered Migration Agent (MARN 1280935).

She is registered under the Office of the Migration Agent Registration Authority (OMARA). https://www.mara.gov.au/.

Qualification: Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law and Practice.

Throughout my 20 years of experience working with Employer-Sponsored SBS’s, Nominations and Visa applications, I have never had any Employer SBS, Nomination and Visa applications refused.

Under the Registered Migration Agents *Code of Conduct, it is illegal for any Registered Migration Agent to claim that any case can achieve a 100% grant outcome. With this point, I review cases thoroughly for any hints of any refusals. I do not take on any case that has a fair chance of a refusal.

The following is a description of Trades Dome Australia’s methods, including my approach to immigration cases and reasons for why we suggest developing this approach and project as described.

● I carefully review migration cases (Standard Business Sponsorships (SBS), Nominations, visas) to check for any possible refusals. I do not take any case that has a high chance of any refusal.

● I also assist and mentor other colleagues with their Employer Nomination cases – specifically Submission writing – Genuine Position and Labour Market Reports and Market Salary Report submissions.

● I am not the person who sits and advises for a long length of time. I advise the steps I complete and at relevant times. I review each case with precision to make sure that there is a ‘grant’ with each case. I advise on the information that is needed.

● Importantly, I make sure that whatever task is instructed from The Trades Dome Australia, is delivered.
